The company focuses on close working relationships with client companies and the ability to identify and onboard top tier candidates at all levels.

As SVP of Tandem Recruiting Group, Sandy draws upon a distinguished 20+ year career as a technical recruiter and business owner. Tandem began as a team of two and continued to grow. For the past 15 years, Sandy has focused on mentoring managers and building teams across a wide range of industries with an emphasis on scaling sales and marketing divisions.
